How do i make a purchase?
Surf our site, choose the best instrument(s) for you. When you have found an item, click to the ‘ADD TO CART’ button underneath.
Review the items in your shopping cart by selecting the ‘SHOPPING CART’ link at the top of the page. You can add products to your Wish List or use the ‘REMOVE FROM CART’ link to delete items from your shopping cart.
Once finished, click on ‘PROCEED TO CHECKOUT’ to complete your order.
Once you have placed your order through our website, you will get an automatic email confirmation containing the full order details.
We aim to have your order dispatched within 3 working days, as soon as full payment is received. We will email you once your order has been dispatched. This email will contain your order tracking details if applicable.
If there will be a delay in shipping your order, or if the item(s) you ordered are not available, we will notify you by email within 3 working days.

Exchange rates and taxes
Overseas orders by credit card or any other payment will use the exchange rate on the day they are charged, which might vary from the exchange rate on the day of order.
The prices obtained in currencies other than American dollars by using the built-in currency converter are to be used as general guidelines only and can vary to the actual exchange rate used on the day of charging the order.
GST and taxes are charged where applicable.
Possible additional costs
Countries sometimes apply import tax on goods imported. Through our experience and knowledge of shipping instruments worldwide, we take every step possible to prevent this happening or minimize the taxes if they are charged. If customs apply taxes to the imported products, these taxes are payable by the receiver.

We ship Djembe via AirMail. Estimated delivery time is 10-21 days.
Handpan drums we sending via EMS, it takes 10-21 days from package to reach your door.
Didgeridoo over 150cm long we also send via UPS. Delivery time is 6-10 days.
Didgeridoo under 150cm long we send via EMS. Delivery time is 10-21 days.
Jew’s Harps, and Shaman Drums we send via EMS. You will get them in 10-21 days.
You get the tracking number of your package as soon as we send it.

“Is it safe for my instrument to travel around the world?”
Don’t worry about safety. We have almost 10 year experience of packaging and shipping instruments.
Each instrument go in a robust package.
For example, Djembe are covered by 1cm resin shell before we put them into boxes. Handpans are given with wooden boxes. Didjeridoos we put in thick PVC tubes, and Shaman drums also have a round industrial package (made of polycarbonate or some type of plastic). There is an amortization solution inside each box (the exact way depends of the instrument).
Where is my order?
All packages sent internationally through DHL are traceable on their website, from the moment they are logged in the computer at pickup, to the moment your order arrives to your door. We email you your tracking number once dispatched.
Return policy / Guarantee
We are pleased to offer you our 30 Day Risk free Online Shopping GUARANTEE.
If you are unhappy for any reason about a particular purchase, we have a 30 Day full (cost of goods only, not postage) store credit, repair or replace guarantee, valid from the date of dispatch from our store. Simply return your purchase*, no questions asked within the 30 days to our Ethno-magic address in Indonesia, and receive a store credit to the full value of the purchase price of your goods or replacement items to equal or lesser value.
Postage cost for the original sending of the package from Ethno-magic to the purchaser and for the return of the goods to Ethno-magic remain the responsibility of the purchaser and exactly address for shipping.
The purchaser agrees to pay for the freight of any goods to or from Ethno-magic under this guarantee. The purchaser agrees to contact Ethno-magic before returning goods under this warranty to receive a return authorisation.
*This warranty does not cover damage due to neglect, misuse, abuse or accident.
*All goods must be in a saleable, as new condition.
We do our best to provide detailed and accurate product information often including photographs, descriptions and/or video demonstrations, to help with your purchase.

Your order insured
Important!! When you will have parcel received, please open the box together with DHL courier and check instrument very careful. If something will be damaged — please make photo. And do not accept the instrument in case of any minimal damage. Only in this case we can make a claim case to the shipping company. From the moment of accepting instrument you become the owner of it’s. And after that moment we cannot accept any claims from you.
If an item is damaged upon arrival, you must notify us within 7 working days of delivery. You are required to keep all boxes and packaging for possible inspection by the freight company. Details of the damage will be taken and the claim processed between Ethno Magic and the shipping company.
It is our responsibility to replace the damaged item free of charge. As many didgeridoos are unique, if a suitable replacement can’t be found, your purchase amount for this item and shipping will be refunded to you.
Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a full refund (excluding shipping charges).
